Aeon Law Firm is designed by transactional lawyers, to augment and accelerate the human process in traditional transactional legal work. Instead of having an attorney or paralegal spend hours extracting basic information from a term sheet, credit memo, or other deal docs, and putting it into forms to generate a first cut of transaction docs, Aeon will quickly and accurately do that in minutes.
